BOOTH LOCATIONS:RETURNING VENDORS MAY KEEP THEIR SPACE IF RESERVED BY AUGUST 1ST, 2026.ALL OTHER SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED AT NOON ON FRIDAY, OCT 23rd.
APPLICATION DEADLINES:ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5PM ON OCTOBER 15TH, 2026.APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER DEADLINE WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS AND WILL HAVE A $50 LATE FEE.ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO FINAL APPROVAL BY THE EVENT DIRECTOR AND/OR CZHILISPIEL BOARD.

Arts & Crafts Hours of Operation:FRIDAY, OCT. 23, 2025———6PM TO MIDNIGHTSATURDAY, OCT. 24, 2025———8AM TO MIDNIGHTSUNDAY, OCT. 25, 2025———8AM TO 5PM
Set Up Times:Friday, Oct. 23rd - Commercial vendors at Noon (must be completed by 5pm) and Arts & Crafts setup opens at 3:00 pm**.Saturday, Oct. 24th - 6:30am - 9:00am****Arts & Crafts arriving after 5pm on Friday and 9am on Saturday must walk items in. No vehicles allowed**
Festival Opening Times:Gates will be open to the public at 6pm on Friday, 8:00 am on Saturday and 10:00 am on Sunday.
Tear Down Times:Sunday, Oct. 25th - No vehicles allowed in for teardown until AFTER 5pmIf tearing down before 5pm, goods must be carried out by hand - NO EXCEPTIONS. A limited number of vehicles may be allowed in only with a Czhilispiel representative’s discretion.
You must provide your own canopies with appropriate weights, displays, signs, banners, tables, chairs, electrical cords and any other needed supplies and materials.
Includes standard 10x10' size with options to increase that below.
